But this place really makes it difficult for me not to. This place is the mecca of Indian food in NYC. Prepare to leave with food coma. Sirtaj is tucked away from the rows of mediocre Indian eateries dotting Lexington Ave in an inauspicious locale west of Broadway. We live a few blocks away from this place and it has never let us down. Much cooler if you go in groups. Feedback is greatly appreciated via the Facebook Comment area below. this restaurant is usually packed with latin locals. my fave is fried chunks of pork with beans on the side.Hope you like my post on Travel About today.

Menkui Tei is a Japanese Ramen joint – it’s on the list. So, Boooooooooo to e-money for skimming the list and not reading carefully.

I love me some good steaks but I eat at steakhouses roughly once a year, and this post was really about the restaurants I frequent.

I hear you and after I Posted I realized your fish-aversion also. I missed “Menkui Tei”–a quick glimpse made me think it was a Chinese Noodle Shop posing as a Japanese Ramen shop (who of course stole it from the Chinese to begin with).
